Founded by John Stickney, Oaks Card Club has been operational for more than 100 years. Formerly known as Oakland Trotting Club, it is one of Northern California's oldest card clubs. Located in Emeryville, Calif., the casino offers a wide range of amenities, such as 24-hour gaming sessions, more than 300 guest rooms and suites, a variety of restaurants, on-site recreational activities, and concierge and valet services.
