DO NOT go to this salon! The owner who sits in the front desk is the rudest man I have ever done business with. People walk out all the time. He always does not stand by his technicians below average work. Terrible, Terrible place!!

I had a terrible experience at "TRI LU'S" emeryville. The man at the reception desk, Dan is rude with terrible manners. He screamed at me on the phone for no reason and when I got there and asked him to be kind, he screamed at me again and asked me to leave. I would hope that you do not employ people with no manners, he has no idea about the meaning of customer service. Please take action and train him to be kind and respectful with customers.

I've been going to this place for about a year to get eye lash extentions. This is by far the best place to get it done if you want beautiful, natural looking, long eyelashes and keep them. I usually brush mines every day with small mascara brush right after showering and manage to keep them for months.
The place is nice, clean. Always schedule an appointment. it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to get done.
