Never do business with this guy. I was hosting an open house up from Jackie's Car Shop and I had gotten permission from the municipality to put a sign on the public sidewalk. Whether I am right or wrong for not asking his permission is a different discussion, but there was no excuse for the way he spoke to me, using the most derogatory and childish language/insults possible even after I apologized twice to him. I would not expect him to treat other people well, and I would be highly suspicious of his ethics given the values he displayed to me.
