Wonderful! We have 4 dogs. Two are rescues and one had aggressive issues in beginning. After only a few visits, with much patience by Michelle he is able to be groomed without issues. Prices are reasonable, staff and owner friendly and accommodating. Be safe everyone !!

I have seen Megan three times now. My dog and I love her! After speaking with her about her credentials, yes she is new to this shop but she has been grooming for five years or so. Negative always travels faster than positive. I hope you give this groom shop a chance. The girls are great!

first time customer will never return. given their new groomer, big mistake. never again. ask for credentials.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING!! They literally BUTCHERED my 8 month old Bichon Frise. It was his first time going to the groomer and what a horrible time he had. They were so rough on him with the buzzer that skin was removed/torn off on his throat and both tips of ears. Had to take him to the vet since his ears became infected. My dog is still suffering due to the rough and careless treatment by this grooming facility. Spoke to the owner, Beth. All I got from her was lies and excuses. Accepted no responsibility for the mistake, roughness, and outright carelessness her groomer (Megan) made. Very unfortunate and very disappointing. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! When I took my dog to the vet after the "grooming" here, the vet said and I quote "I wouldn't go back to that groomer" and they said it while shaking their heads and looking at my dog in disbelief like "wow". When I was wrapping everything up with the nurse and DR. they both reminded me again "don't take him back to that groomer". I said I definitely am not going back there ever again. They said "yeah, good idea". My dog had to get an ANTIBIOTIC SHOT, CORTISONE SHOT, AND OINTMENT FOR HIS EARS. HE IS STILL SUFFERING.

I have two long care hellion cats and Dawn and Jessie handled them beautifully. They were unfazed by my growling angry tortie or my neurotic pooping gray and white. They did a great job, were extremely nice, and the cats looked adorable. I will be back!

They did a wonderful job on my Corgi, he looks beautiful.
