Provided by YPmobileIf a zero star was allowed that's what they would get. ..this was the worst experience of a "catering hall"ever! The owner was the rudest and most self entitled person I have ever met. Food was awful the service was awful and the way they handle problems was a disgrace to any business. I truly feel bad for the ones who left this business in this woman's hands who is very underserving of her position. This is supposed to be a business of hospitality not one that ruins memories and events.

Provided by YP.comThe disrespect the owner displayed towards my friends on their wedding day is outrageous! I could list the countless acts of unprofessionalism and rudeness, but ain't nobody got time for that. Long story short, I was compelled to approach the owner and her family, who were sitting among the guests eating and drinking alcohol, after overhearing them insult the bride, groom and their families SEVERAL times. They acted as if the wedding party and guests were a burden on them. Angie, the owner, is taking advantage of people on one of the most important days of their lives and if you read the reviews and talk to staff, does it frequently. She is selling her business and obviously does not like her job, however, it is still her responsibility to ensure events go smoothly and that the customer is happy; Especially when they are paying her a great deal of money to do so. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone until it is under new ownership.

Provided by YP.comMy sister had her wedding reception at The Waterfalls. What a huge disappointment. We should have seen it coming when Angie made a habit of rescheduling. She is the only person that I know that is always in family crisis and at the hospital. I went with my sister to see this "fine establishment" and listened to all of Angie's stories of remodeling and widening the dance floor. She made herself out to be some great event coordinator. She bragged about how beautiful the grounds would be in full bloom and that photography could be done on site. Obviously, I was a little shocked to see huge piles of dog mess laying everywhere! The smell was horrid! I am so thankful we did all of the pictures before we got there. We sat out front and waited to be announced. The patio was never set up with tables, chairs, or appetizers (as promised). As the d.j. lined us up for announcement, a rude, waitress came out with a small tray of food. Some of the guys picked at it, but what was the point? We're being announced and walking into a room full of waiting guests. We were all seated and the toasts were made. The salads came out and then they served us the wait. We sat from 5p to 7p before we saw any signs of dinner. As a mother of 2 children under 2, that was a huge mess. I never thought I would have to sit for hours waiting on chicken fingers and french fries. My babysitter arrived at 7:10p to take my children home, and we had to pack their food in styrofoam to-go containers! Classy! I had the London Broil dinner and my potatoes were rock hard and cold. I can only imagine the dinners got worse, seeing how I was at the bridal party table and served first. The d.j. couldn't start any of the festivities until dinner was served to all of the guests. That was between 8 and 8:30! There were 3 servers on. One woman, a teenage girl and a teenage boy. They were overwhelmed and rude. Later, the desserts are all layed out and no plates or napkins are out to use. I saw Angie and asked for plates and she snaps at me and keeps walking. I'm sorry for being such a pain, but really? Wouldn't one assume that dishes should be out? I walk into the bathroom to find a guest, (not even a family member or member of the bridal party) is handwashing coffee mugs. What a joke! When asked why, it was because the kids clearing the tables of the dinner dishes took everything, including the clean coffee mugs that we were supposed to use for the coffee on the dessert table. A dessert table set up with 2 coffee carafes, a variety of desserts that we supplied, and...oh yeah no plates, napkins, or mugs. Time for the dollar dance. We asked for a plastic water pitcher to collect the dollars and we were told that they didn't have any. Back to the bathroom to wash one off of the table. My sister paid for an extra hour and after all that had gone wrong Angie tells the d.j. to make the announcement at 9:45p to wrap it up. The groom's employer asks if he can pay for another extra hour so people can continue partying, since we didn't get started until 8-8:30p and Angie barks "NO!". Superior customer service and professionalism. It's not like another party was coming in at 10p. My sister has tried to contact this woman by phone, text, e-mail and visits to the facility. Angie disappears just before the meeting times, dodges any and all contact. What a coward! How dare you advertise yourself as some great, wedding and event planner when you have no clue as to what you are doing. I thought it was poor taste that she had her teenage kids, with friends in tow, "hanging out". I would never recommend this place to anyone! The place is nice to look at but was a complete disappointment. Angie lacks most of the skills that are required to run a successful and respected business. If you are considering this site for anything, do your homework and ask around. Don't waste your money!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I had our reception at this facility on May 21, 2011. We would not recommend this place to anyone. The place is beautiful and has very high potential, but on your big day will end up disappointing you. We had approximately 145 people at our reception. We had 3 waiters/waitresses for all of our guests. Cocktail hour was from 4-5pm. Due to the low ratio of guests:workers most of our guests did not get dinner until 8pm which I felt was unacceptable. We were told they were kid friendly, but a waitress continually yelled at the parents and the kids. I did not hire this people to yell at my guests. If you do not want kids at your facility you should express that when you show your facility. The bar area does not have running water so do not expect drinks to be served over ice because they have to run back and forth with a bucket to get the ice and if you want a water and whiskey you will have to stand and wait while one of the bartenders runs across the hall to the kitchen to get water. The two bartenders admitted to my husband and mother in law they have NEVER tended bar before. This caused my guest to wait in line for 30 minutes for a drink. Angie promised us many things while getting ready for our reception, but the day of was no where to be found when we wanted to discuss our concerns. We have left messages for her since the wedding and wrote her a letter. She has not responded so we sent a letter to the owners (her parents) and they have not responded either. During the planning of the wedding Angie called other brides she was working with "bridezillas", but now after the fact where they really "bridezillas" or just customers expecting to get what they pay for? After spending thousands of dollars at this place the least they could do is call us back.
