Postmaster is rude and doesn’t listen when you tell her the postman is not knocking on my door to deliver certified letters. Someone is home 99% of the time. She said what I said doesn’t matter. She can’t play this he said she said game because the driver is going to say he knocks on the door. She refused to tell me who her boss was.

Technically they should be receiving ZERO stars. Late mail, mail constantly delivered to neighbors houses, lost mail from the federal government, damaged packages and letters, magazines, etc. Apparently, they cannot read the big, bold, house numbers on our home. Where are they hiring these people from ? They seriously cannot figure out why people go to some other carrier for sending out their packages. No wonder their revenue has

tanked. I have reported them to the office in Washington, D.C.
