Hit and miss. Make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing. Had to replace the HD on a computer I bought there because the one included was smaller than my old one! Put Win 7 on top of a XP instead of a new Win 7 install and it has issues with many programs and updates due to conflicts trying to load for both OS. A great tech, Alex, is no longer there. Good luck getting anything resembling timely service. Would not take an appointment.
