After relocating to Idaho i desperately needed my nails done. I had procrastinated to the point I needed my old set removed & a full new set. Something I explained when I made an appointment & even asked if they had a nail tech experienced with pink & white acrylic nails. I was told they had two girls who do acrylics.
The girl who did my nails was sweet but does not know how to do acrylic nails honestly I think she is fresh out of school due to the overall lack of consistency & lack of quality of her shaping, length, & thickness of her work.
I asked for a full new set instead I got a fill & did not find out until my nails were filed down that she did not have pink acrylic at all much less a matching shade -_-
Honestly I would have much rather have been told when making any appointment that they don't have techs with experience in acrylics & that this salon specializes in gels than mislead & given such inferior & unacceptable work.
I won't return or ever recommend this place to anyone.
