You might think...

that a chain restaurant would have chain customer service. Not this McDonald's. I submitted a breakfast order of two hash browns; a breakfast sandwich with hash browns; and a breakfast sandwich with NO egg with hash browns. I went to the prerequisite second window; picked up our meal; and moved on. One of my breakfast companions looked in the bag and found that 2 hash browns were missing and the last breakfast sandwich that was to have NO egg on it had egg on it. It is a good thing that my breakfast companion was not allergic to eggs.

I went in to inquire about the missing hash browns and the MANAGER said "My bad." I received the barely cooked hash browns and ate them unwillingly. This McDonald's certainly knows who to ruin a trip to the Baltimore Aquariam in a big hurry.

I had had trouble with this McDonald's several years ago but things have NOT changed. Don't waste your time eating here. Get your meal in either Gettysburg or Frederick -- both cities have much better McD's.

My rating is a -10 for extremely poor customer service and poorly cooked food. The hash browns were not crunchy and had been sitting under a light -- lovely and very unappetizing.
