Absolutely over the Top!! Einspect inspected our home prior to the purchase. The inspector was very nice and friendly and did a great job. I loved that I was able to be there for the inspection. He was very professional, detailed and thorough. We selected Einspect because they have been in business longer than the other inspection companies we called. He was highly recommended by our Realtor. Knowing that our home purchase is the biggest decision, we trusted them to give an honest opinion about the condition of the house. I will not hessitate to use Einspect again!!

EInspect inspect my home. The inspector took his time & went over the report right then. He was very helpful & explained to us everything on the report. I would recommend this company to my family & friends. They did a great job.

Steve inspected my house, his lack of knowledge with homes is astounding. 1 broken pane out of 4 upstairs he cited as a possible slab issues(never mind the 3 Windows downstairs that aren't broken). He said that 2 separate AC units in my house don't work like they should together(they are separate as in not connected to each other, so no wonder why they don't work together. He also said they were about to go out, it's funny my house feels great at 70 degrees right now.) That and because of the age of my water heater he said it was about go out. He also said my roof was ready for a replacement, still haven't had any leaks. Save your money, Steve Tufts, what a joke.

I was recommended by my real estate broker it was a waste of money the inspector missed a outside spot light not having a socket in it has live wires in it! termite damage the inspector said they only inspect the house not garage next water damage and wood rot save your money find a better company if I could give a minus 5 review I would. In closing after I found all this called the company they had the inspector call me and tell me he did his job.... what ever
