I have nothing but good things to say about Flint Hills Eye Care... friendly knowledgeable staff, quick turn around on orders, nice facilities (I've been to Burlington and Emporia), large selection of frames and I've never had issues with insurance billing. I did feel a bit rushed once when I was there, but my prescription was accurate and the staff was efficient.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Great staff!

If you guys are looking for an eye doctor, I suggest you guys go somewhere else. They have people who can not help you at all. For instance, they question the policy holders name and wondered why they names did not match. The reason for that is that he is the POLICY HOLDER under which I'm covered. They had no idea on how to file claim because name were not matching. I'm never going to go to them ever. You guys should go to them either.
