I took my watch to be repaired there. They sent if off and said it would be about 2 weeks. After two weeks I called and they transfered me to someone and she flat didn't have time to talk to me because she was leaving and going to Topeka and I was told I should call back the next day. I was told there was no one else that could deal with me because she was the only one that could. Well I guess they really don't care of they have customers or not. I won't go there again. I'll go out of town to get my watch repaired.



The customer service sucked and if they want to stay in business I suggest they start treating people better.
