Speed trap capital if the world. You come off an Interstate highway where the speed limit is 70 and traffic moves even faster onto a 2 lane divided highway marked at 60 and there sits the Emporia VA Police waiting for you. Then the office states he will be in court and do what he can do to get your ticket reduced or better yet discarded. You drive 100 miles to go to court and no officer but Judge reduces your fine and then you find out they add court charges that mien your paying what you could have paid and saved your time and gas money trying to get your ticket reduced. Big injustice.
