I didn’t eat anything. I walked out. The girl at the counter had such an attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by being there. They just need to get rid of people like that. They need to take some public relations lessons from Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. Horrible

We stopped at this McDonalds on our way west through Emporia. It was not a complicated order, yet we waited over 40 minutes for our food. I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager after 25 minutes and was met with dirty looks and disdain from all of the employees behind the counter. I have never been to a McDonalds that was run so incompetently or treated so rudely by staff.
