My first insurance was purchased in 1964 from a Jacksonville, Florida
State Farm agent. When we moved to Louisville, we were sent to Bob Blair and were happy for it. Now I am Tracy's client and still happy for it.
Not bad for 47 years with State Farm!

I just recently came across Diana K and her wonderful staff. Everyone was so helpful- I really didn't know much about insurance and it was all very overwhelming- they broke everything down for me and made it very easy to understand. I couldn't be happier and more confident in my decision.

answered. They are very good about following up on a situation and are

always letting you know about ways to get better coverage and they bundle my

policies so I save a lot of money. I appreciate being able to pay monthly.

I will never change my insurance As a client, I feel like they do care

about my needs. I have been with them for 20 years!!

If you want to be sure you haven't been sold a cookie-cutter, generic home/life or auto policy, then call Diana. She will review all your policies to insure that they meet your needs and financial situation. If you have nothing to protect (wages, savings, future earnings, family, children, etc.) then you can afford to buy your insurance over the internet without discussing it first with a local agent. If you are not in that category, you should sit down with an agent and have them explain the big picture to you. Too much is at stake. Then make educated decisions on what you may or may not need. That is just what Diana and her staff will do for you. Check the rest then go with the best.

We highly recommend Diana Tracy and her staff. She provides excellent customer service that exceeds the normal standards. Everytime I call I get my questions or concerns answered right away. They are all VERY personable, kind people to deal with. They listen and help you with all insurance needs. Very professional and down to earth , they make the process simple and clear.
