Clean..comfy..recently updated..best neighborhood place to stay in Encinitas!!!...by far!

The property is maintained to a very high standard. People who generally stay at Econo Lodges will be pleasantly surprised starting with the interior hallways and size of the rooms.

clean with a comfortable bed and friendly staff AND walking distance to the beach. Great value!

Great little hotel. Very clean and the staff was super friendly! The price was excellent and the free breakfast was great! Our room was also surprisingly very quiet even though it is right on the highway

Love, love, love this property. Convenient to my family, the beach, and restaurants. Always clean, and with extraordinary service. They are quite delightful and welcoming. Minor issues are always dealt with quickly so as not to disrupt the stay. Over the course of a few years of stays , one quickly repaired air conditioning problem, one replacement of a fridge (both problems resolved within an hour). Very adequate breakfast too...no need for the many fine breakfast restaurants in the area.

As a woman traveling solo, I found this place to feel warm safe and secure. The hotel room door is located in the interior. Rest was important to me, and my room at the back was facing a very quiet residential street. Everything I needed was in the vicinity. The beach is a very safe & pleasant 5-minute walk from the hotel. Many quaint shops and very hip restaurants also within walking distance, including the best Coffee/Tea house just one block away. Very friendly, accommodating and courteous staff at the front desk. Will definitely be staying here again.

Staff very friendly. Very clean room and bathroom. Added microwave and fridge a definite bonus when traveling with small ones. Overall, a lot better than what I expected from an Econo lodge. Great value.

Excellent customer service, very homely, staff is wonderful especially Leela, she's the best!! Rooms are very nice and comfy, breakfast was awesome, and super close to the beach at a very great cost will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this hotel and will come to stay here again and again!!!!!!
