Joe's sales skills have been passed down from family tradition.  His father was a hardworking, successful  salesman in Italy. Being the only son from four older sisters,  Joe developed a special relationship with his father. He says it was his father who taught him the  art of negotiation and sales. When he became of working age, Joe held down a job as a seasonal flight attendant for an International airline. Being a flight attendant  gave him the opportunity to travel around the world and  become a much more culturally diverse and sensitive individual. His entrepreneurship skills later helped him build his very own successful Real Estate management & acquisition company in Rome, Italy. After achieving some very important goals he decided  to follow his dreams of branching out and coming to California. What makes Joe a unique Realtor is his creative abilities to think "outside the box" ,write creative offers which have a very high acceptance rate, negotiate prices and make things happen for his clients! These skills have made even the most particular of  his clients extremely satisfied. Therefore, most of Joe's clients are returning clients and/or referrals.
