When I phoned and explained my situation also saying that I needed a technician as soon as possible, I was told by Paul that he would be at my home in about an hour. He was. Paul quickly found the problem, rectified it and was on his way. Before he left, he made sure that when I used the remote that all functions were operational, which I appreciated. Paul was professional, but also friendly and personable. I will recommend this company to my friends, and if necessary, I will definitely call them again.
