Good company to work with. Katy and Emmett are very knowledgeable and got my loan finished on time.

Just closed my refinance with Padre Mortgage, very good company, highly recommend.

I originally applied at Bank Of America and was denied. Padre contacted me in a cold call and I took a chance. Initially, I was skeptical because of my recent denial. Katy explained that the BofA loan person had incorrectly submitted my loan and reapplied to Fannie Mae. I got approved and my loan closed, which saved me $506 per month. Very, very, very happy.

My opinion of mortgage brokers is generally not very high. However, Emmett and Katy are very professional and handled my refinance. I got my rate lowered by .75%, and got some cash out to pay off a credit card. Honest company.
