I was really sick one day and i couldnt get out of bed, but i forced myself to get up and get some medication from this pharmacy, stater bros in encinitas, when i asked this oversized woman, that was a pharmacy technician her name was cynthia k. where one of the over the counter medicine was she snaped at me and gave me attuide for taking her time at the pharmacy she was to busy for me! I was discusted with her attiude so i called the manager of the pharmacy Bill, he was such a jerk, he didnt have an social skills nether did the technican cynthia instead of him telling me he was sorry and that the customer was right he started to defend her, i dont know about that, all i know that when a customer has been treated badly, he need to talk to tell the customer he is very sorry and that he will talk to her and will never let that happend again, customer is right, this man doesnt have any skill with how to treat a customer nor does his technician, that is why i will never give business to this pharmacy ever again. and you should either. beacause his staff is always right and the customer is always wrong.
