AAA TLC Health Care, Inc. is fantastic! My husband and I are grateful for the exceptional nurses and customer service we have been receiving from this excellent agency for more than 10 years. Home care for my husband, who is totally paralyzed and ventilator-dependent, is complex and requires specialized skills. The nurses that AAA TLC provides to us have been consistently top-notch highly qualified, dedicated, and caring. The agency ensures that every nurse it sends to our home receives as much ventilator and special skills training as required to ensure safe, exceptional care for my husband. Jody, president and executive director of the agency, is one of the most compassionate people Ive ever met. She listens to my requests and concerns and then takes immediate action to get my husband and me what we need. Her wonderful staff is always friendly and helpful. Customer service is this agencys top priority. I highly recommend this outstanding agency.
