I've been a full time Realtor for almost 30 years and have dealt with many escrow companies during that time. Most are just OK, and a few are truly amazing to work with.....Flagship Escrow was NOT one of those companies. Although quite efficient, they were rude, had a "holier than thou" attitude and were very dismissive.



If you are a Realtor, I would think twice before choosing them for your escrow company. I don't think they realize who their real client is and how to treat them. (i.e. In all of my years in real estate, I've never had an escrow company use regular US mail to get me my commission check! This is important to us. It took 4 days after we recorded for me to get my commission check.)



Just in case Flagship Escrow should think I'm alone in my thinking, my loan rep (totally unsolicited), complained to me about them as well.



We're in the people business, and attitude is paramount. If it's important to you too, I'd make sure Flagship Escrow had an attitude adjustment before I used them.
