Where can I begin Im so used to feeling like getting my nails done is an errand I have never felt as if getting my nails done would be relaxing. I had been going to my nail salon for 7 years but just recently I wanted to try something new. I was tired of waiting in a jam packed room and nothing was ever personalized in the 7 years I never knew anyones name mainly because the woman hardly knew how to speak English. They never engaged in conversation with you, only with each other Im sure you know how it feels to have someone chatting away and laughing with the other manicurists. When I came to Los Encinos Nail Salon it was a 360 they greeted me attended to me asked me if I wanted something to drink if I was comfortable (shock) Ive never been treated like this before. The fact that they don't speak to each other in a foreign language while working on my hands and feet, their cleanliness, polite, complete relaxation during my mani pedi is reason enough for my second time in.
