This car wash severely damaged the paint in my car. The put a deep scratch into my bumper. They played it off and said they could show us video.. But then claimed they couldn't show it till next day! They ruined my car and refused to take responsibility for it and claimed on the bottom if all receipts is a disclaimer!!! Do not go there!! Also, I think they use cheap soap that hurts the polish on your car!!! Don't go there!!!!

Car was still dirty inside and out - poor customer service

This car wash damaged my vehicle and did not take responsibility. They stated damage was already on the vehicle and they could prove it by watching their video. When it came time to watch the video, it had disappeared. At no time while my vehicle was on the lot did they ever come over to state I had damage which is what usually happened. Since I can't prove they actually did the damage, I had to pay for it. I will never again use this car wash. I have since heard that they never take responsibility for any damage caused.
