Been an investor with Quest in Encino for 2 years now. Great company, very reliable and highly recommend.

Been on the investing end if my relationship with Quest for 4 years now. I have found their office to be very professional and reliable in all aspects. I have finished two deals with them and two others are ongoing; one a commercial and the other an industrial investment (rehab etc) They are always very responsive when I contact their office. I'm quite happy with the return on the investment of my first deals, and very confident the others will be similar.

Started with Quest about 2-3 years ago. Met the President Ken Leon through a family friend who has known him for 30+ years and has invested with his company for over a decade. Got involved with some commercial real estate development and just finished off my first deal in search of the next. Excellent return on our money. Ken finds properties that are undervalued and has a great contacts to have these places fixed up and rented out quickly. With this particular deal, it was flipped to another buyer after 2 years. I have found Ken and his staff to be reliable, professional and I would recommend to others as well.
