I visited the store with my daughter on Thursday, April 12th. I have visited the store on several occasions. At each visit, I have spent over $100. We are both teachers. We were ready to spend over $200 dollars. We asked to use the bathroom. The young rude store associate stated that we could drive or walk to a gas station to use their bathroom. I explained that we have traveled over an hour to shop in this store. The store associate became very rude and insulting. She called us names claiming that we weren't worthy of shopping in your store. I reminded her that she should care because if people don't purchase items she doesn't have a job. It's called basic economics. I informed her that i will tell everyone in my profession and my priest about the lack respect we received at the store by this young rude associate. We opted not to purchase our items after traveling over an hour to shop. Oh so bad feeling!!! The following day we drove to Lathem to another parent-teacher store to purchase the items we were going to buy on that so sad and disappointing day.
