As a medical Dr. Donahue deserves 5 stars, the one star is for his office personnel. When a staff member says they don't appreciate you calling them more than one time after you apologized for making the call. Won't even listen to what I had to say an assumed on their own what the call was about. Having second thoughts because of this kind of behavior. As a caregiver and medical assistant, I feel this is unacceptable.
