Always felt comfortable dealing with Gem whether it was a replacement battery or purchasing a pair of earrings. ~ Recently I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Gem Jewelry. He helped design the perfect ring for my fiancé to give me. My fiancé searched and searched but could not find the setting or style. Mike helped design and craft this beautiful ring. We also dealt with two of his employees in Enfield and West Hartford. Perfect customer service every time!!! I recommend Gem to many people and all have great experiences with them also!
