This Petsmart is a wonderful place to get my dog groomed! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they do a great job. Also, the customer service is second to none! Keep up the good work ����

We have been bringing our Maggie there for grooming since rescuing her one year ago. We began with Lindsay because Maggie is a nervous dog and Lindsay was recommended. We were sad to see Lindsay leave because Maggie was finally warming up to her. We tried a couple of other girls there since Maggie is partial to women. Today we decided to try Mike, he is familiar with Maggie from her previous grooming appointments. Mike was great with Maggie who was nervous and hesitate to go in. He was patient and had a soothing tone with her. He was very thorough checking her in. When we picked her up he went through her session with us before bringing her out. When she came out we were very pleased with her grooming, the best one since Lindsay. Mike is who we will stay with for Maggie.

Very upset with grooming salon and their stuff!!!

I made appointment for grooming on same day when my dog had rabies shut, (right day after vaccination). Girl say on a phone you are due to shuts, but didn't say it should be 48 hours after. Next day i got there, she check shuts and say : "we cant take you in because its not 48 hours, its a policy!" Well, than why this policy doesn't say anywhere and how i can know!?! And she sounder rude saying on me :" when you call for scheduling and saying that you have vaccination, it doesn't make seance"! Like i lied when scheduled. But not, shuts were done right before scheduling!!!

Every time someone brings a pet home, the staff cheer. I like how they approach me before I even have to search to find help with crickets or meal worms. Live pets are well taken care of and reptiles have proper housing. Fish tanks very clean

Though the staff of the store are really friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the store is really nice, I rate them low because this Petsmart location allows an adopter, Meredith Mcgraw of Companion Pet Rescue, to work with them who has been accused of 10 COUNTS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY: www.msgr.com/news/crime/article_84a6bfb8-4da9-11e1-b053-0019bb2963f4.html and her organization will tell you that you can return the pet at any time, but will not give you any refund, even if the pet is adopted out. The dog we adopted was infested with fleas and suffered severe anxiety. After caring for the dog for a week, we had to return him due to the anxiety and Meredith said we would get a full refund. After not communicating for a month, she grudgingly returned half of our adoption fee saying her organization doesn't make a profit. The dog had already been re-adopted and she made an additional profit off of the new adopter, as well as us. I would not recommend adopting from CPR under any circumstances, especially considering the public record of 10 counts of ANIMAL
