Hello I have been a member of planet fitness enfield since it opened and prior to that a member of the same gym under the name World Gym. So I have been a patron for about 18 years. Unfortunately I have decided to search for a different gym. The gym is under new management and customer service is terrible. Many long timers have left the gym due to the ruddiness of the staff and management. All of the large garage-type doors are open at the discretion of the staff and often the gym is very cold. I have pointed this out on a number of occasions only to get a condescending remark. It is obvious that the staff have no awareness of what other members are saying or why so many long-time members have left. Additional issues include not following up on the rules of the gym, including talking on cell phones and restocking weights. Until these issue are addressed, including customer service training and management principle training for the staff, or better yet more mature staff, don't join
