Overall I would have to say I had a good experience. Never a problem with returning my calls or whenever something needed to be fixed.

Great experience with management and super - if it wasn't for relocation we would be staying put!!!!

Worse company EVER!!! First they refused to renew my lease after one year with NO explanation and then they overcharge my rent by $50 per month for the whole year and I've been waiting on my refund for 2 months now and the manager CHARLENE BEAUFORD is dodging my calls. This company is SO unprofessional and nasty. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I don't get a call back soon they WILL be hearing from my lawyer

They are very rude! I didn't make you go to work so you should stay home if you have an attitude. Also, they answered the phone only to put !me on hold again, every time! Why not just finish what you were doing and then answer the phone

Kamson Corporation does a terrible job of managing their property. Not recommend.

I've been a long time resident of Warren Hills. No it's not the Ritz, but it's always been kept clean and any problems I've have had are always fixed quickly. Rent is comparable. I've lived in some places where I didn't get the time of day from the management on those issues and to find one that's good with those two, I'll take an email answered late on something else.

I almost didn't go to CCApts in eatontown because of the previous review. I'm glad I didn't listen - Its not luxury but it's clean and a great place to live! SO happy I didn't follow the post. go see for yourself!!!!
