These guys did a great job on my very light carpet I have two dogs that have made a mess and they got all the spots out, and it smells terrific, thank you so much!!

I cannot say enough good about America’s Best Carpet Cleaning. They helped me out of a serious bind this weekend. I own an event business and I had back to back events planned Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon. The guests on Friday afternoon had left several red wine and dark fruit juice smoothie stains in the entryway and the hall way. I had scheduled another company to come Friday evening to clean. The other company called and canceled on me so I called America’s Best at almost 7pm. A friendly gentleman named Ty answered and assured me that they would come first thing in the morning and assured they would be long finished and mostly dry by the time the Saturday guests arrived at 3pm. America’s Best showed up at 8:45am sharp and both technicians were very nice and efficient and finished in less than an hour. The technician also left his card with me saying if I had any further issues to not hesitate to call him if I could not reach anyone in the office. The technicians were even able to make me laugh in the midst of my stressful disaster. Thank you and I defiantly will be using America’s Best to clean all my venues and my personal home as well.

I have never had my carpets turn out so good. The technicians were on time, very polite and thorough. I would recomend this company to anyone who wants quality service at a resonable price.

I was very satisfied with this company from beginning to end. When I initially called, they were prepared to give me same-day service, which I think is pretty impressive. After thinking that over, though, I decided to schedule a week out and they accommodated me with no problem. At some point, I had to cancel and re-schedule, so I made several calls to the company. Every time I called, I either got a real person immediately or a prompt call-back. The two people, Travis and Chris, who did the hands-on work were professional, efficient, and friendly. This is a steam clean outfit, which is exactly what I wanted. They don't use any detergents just very hot water (actually, I think they do use a detergent with a pre-treat that they do, that they spray on before the steam clean). I have my own home carpet steamer, and it looks pretty good after I do it myself, but it looked AMAZING after they did it. In addition, I think I leave a lot of detergent in the carpet when I do it myself, and I didn't feel like that was true of the professional clean (the carpet was just CLEAN CLEAN, no detergent residue). Finally, there was one stain I just couldn't get out on my own despite going over and over with the home steamer (it's been an eyesore for months) and they got it out with no problem. They're also REALLY quick (would have taken me all day to do it myself), and they don't mind helping move furniture (but note: they're not allowed to touch electronics, so if you want them to clean under your TV, you should move it beforehand). If you have cats, ask them to do your cat towers (they did a really good job on mine!) One last thing: they have a coupon for 5 rooms that is the best bargain going, I looked at about five other places, which all had their own coupons, and this was hands down the best deal.

I have used America's Best for carpet cleaning services several times in the past five to ten years, and I have always been satisfied with their efforts. They are reasonably prompt & informative as to how to treat pet stains. As I occasionally care for ill animals, often times visible reminders are evidence of this which must be treated properly. They do a good job as well with tile & dryer vent cleaning. Thank You, America's Best!

Cracked dry wall in my home while trying to put a vent back into the wall.Put two pairs of my shoes down a vent.The manager of the company was OBNOXIOUS and in appropriate. I would never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy

America's Best Carpet Cleaning Service was supposed to arrive to dry clean my carpet between 12-2. I called at 2pm and was told the technician was running 2 hours late. When I set the appointment up, I emphasized the importance of timing as I had a dinner party starting between 4-4:30. After being told they couldn't do the job as promised, no apology was made period.

I hired them to get pet stains/smell out of carpet. I was "guaranteed" the smell would be gone. The smell is still there and I realized that I was charged for extra room. I wrote the business of my concern and left a message about the lingering smell. They have not contacted me or replied to my email. Poor customer service. Stay away.

they do a great job, move light furniture and have a fair rate. Usually available within 48 hours.
