BUYER BEWARE! I purchase GE Profile refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer less than 5 months ago, as well as extended warranties. I spend thousands! Dave, the sales agent, assured me they stand by their products and service. Well, my refrigerator went out yesterday, we lost all of our food, water dripping everywhere, and we're going out of town today. I called the Englewood store where I purchased the products from. The woman that answered the phone said, "these things happen, but we can't help you, call this number". Then, she bothered to ask what product we had and realized she gave me the wrong number and gave me a "GE cares" number. The number led nowhere and gave me another number to call, which also led nowhere. I did research and found the correct number and have schedule a service call with GE for five days from now. I called and spoke with Dave, the sales agent, who sold me the products, thinking surely he would help me after I spend close to $8,000.00 worth of product. Dave said, "we're just a sales floor and can't help". Shame on me. I should have listened to the reviews before buying from AFO. Please, save yourself a headache and buy from a reputable business. Appliance Factory Outlet will take your money but they don't care about what happens after they have your money. Absolutely awful customer service!
