Never use this facility, they lost my business from the moment they answered the phone. Note to Larry...... Do not be rude when people call you, its bad business practice and ppl will go to your competitors.

*****Beware of this storage place*****

I had my brand new boat stored there for almost 1 year and RV was stored there since 2008. We have never had any issues and loved it there until Larry (owner) decided that he would push our boat back with his tractor. He states that a large boat was not able to back in to the space next to us and that it had to be moved within 15 minutes. Funny thing is that I only work less than 5 minutes away from the storage lot so I could have moved it. Needless to say I was ferious because he did not call and tell me that he was doing it or call to tell me that he did that. I only found out when I went there to check on my stuff and noticed that my boat was moved. Larry told me that he would pay for anything that was wrong from moving it backwards. I got the emercency cable on the brakes fixed because it was engaged from backing it up without relesing the pin lock first. I took the bill to Larry and he told me to F*** Off and that he is not going to pay the bill. Ignoring my phone calls now.

I have stored my RV at other storage places, Arapahoe storage is by far the best. Arapahoe storage is very clean and spacious. Unlike other RV/Boat storage centers where there squeeze you in, not at Arapahoe, there is plenty of space between you and the next unit. The owner is very friendly and always been available for our questions. We have had a great experience storing our RV at Arapahoe storage and would not consider storing our RV any where else.
