This company uses the guise of "rental application fees" to take your money and denies you before the full process even is completed. They swindled my partner and I out of 100 bucks and didnt even have all the paperwork they required. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

At first, I did not have an issue with this office, but after 6 months of living at one of the properties they manage, things started to go downhill fast. They claim that there is no fee in transferring leases, then they charged me $300. When Claudia was bringing me the new lease, she told me my new rent was $100 than what they quoted on the phone so I could not afford to move and had to un pack all of my stuff in my same apt. They did not listen to the issues the old building manager had, so he quit. The new building manager, Melissa is a waste of time. She does not keep the building clean, there is dog poop all over the front courtyard, she does not control the noise level, and she does not follow through with work orders. The walls and floors are so paper thin, you can hear full conversations in nearby apartments. Patty and Claudia act like they care about you, but they actually have no idea who their residents are. I've had to call several times and email several times to get a month-to-month extension on my lease. This is not an efficient or professional business and the residents suffer.

Bishop Realty & Management has been my landlord for several yearsand they are friendly and have responded promptly toour calls for repairs. I wish they were opened later on weekdays, but that has not been that big a problem. I have had many other landlords and they are the best!
