Provided by YP.comChristina: I want to express how much I appreciate the way you handled my purchase of the 2012 Town & Country on December 29, 2012. I had been looking at various minivans for several months and had settled on the Chrysler product, but wasn\\\'t completely certain I would buy that day. From the time you greeted me through the closing of the transaction you were pleasant, efficient and accommodating in every possible way.

Provided by YP.comErnie is the best sales person ever. It was so easy to deal with him at the dealership and on line. I'm a repeat customer who has driven jeeps for 20 years. I plan on coming back to Dealing Doug dealership again, when the time comes.

Provided by YP.comWas a good overall experience. I felt no pressure working with Alex from the internet sales department. We were able to find a wrangler to fit my needs and we worked a deal which allowed for the options i wanted as well.

Provided by YP.comRachide was very informative about all the vehicles that we looked at. we were not planning on buying today and it just so happened that you had the vehicle we have been looking for and got the price down to what we could afford. Nathan was really helpful in spending time to get the payment to where we needed it. I am very impressed in the customer service here, they all went over and above. thank you for helping us find out new vehicle. Thanks, Kim and Russ Vanvleet

Provided by YP.comHorrible service department. 3 times I have taken my jeep here. ALL 3 times, after I was told my jeep was repaired, I went to pick it up, only to find the repairs weren't done or done improperly. 3 times I had to leave my jeep for an extra day or 2 so they could REALLY do the repairs. Don't be dumb like I was, steer clear of this place. I left there today and will NEVER go back. If you do go, ask for Jim, Chris, or Tim. All of these guys will treat you like the dummy you are for going there after reading this.

Provided by YP.comI sold my Jeep to them. They promised to give me the 11k in positive equity I had in it in 3-5 buisness days. Then they said 5-7 business days. Then they said up to 30 regular days at the very, very most. It has been weeeelllllll over a month. They have sold my old Jeep and guess what? They still have not given me the check for my equity and what's even funnier? The won't take my calls, return my voicemails or emails and so what am I forced t do? Drive down there to meet them face to face to make them talk to me and what happens? They FLAT OUT REFUSED to cooperate with me when. I have had to involve Tom Martino, 9News, the state attorney generals office, the Colorado Motor Vehicle Board, BBB, Chrysler Corporate and several other agencies to reach a resolution on this. All the while, they got to sit on the profit from the sale of my vehicle AND MY EQUITY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Provided by YP.comBought a 2006 Chrysler 300C from Centennial Chrysler Jeep. A few days later noticed a vibration in the steering wheel. It ended up being the rotors were warped and needed replaced. Took it back to the dealership an asked them why they didn’t replace them in their 300 plus point inspection that they couldn’t stop talking about when I bought the car and they said because if it isn’t a safety hazard they don’t replace it. I told them that I wanted them fixed and they said no, and went on to ask me if they found something wrong with my trade in, they wouldn’t expect me to pay for it. Like they didn’t have all the tools and information they needed to make sure the car was in the shape I disclosed. After I threw the keys back at them they finally decided to fix the rotors. Then to top it all off I started doing a little research after the fact and found out I paid about $3000 dollars more than the car was worth. You wouldn’t think you would expect this from a dealership this size. Run form this dealership they are a bunch of low life scam artists.

Provided by YP.comThe only reason I went here in the first place was because it was the closest to me. I reviewed other dealerships and they all had 1 star ratings. This dealership had 21, 1-star ratings; the others had 5 or 6. I guess I should have known.
So, I go in to the dealership to get a buyout on a vehicle that we leased 3 years ago (a decision needed to be made about whether to turn in the lease, buy it out or get a new car). I wanted to know what the vehicle was worth and what they would charge me to keep it. So I let them do an oil change and figured I would get an evaluation (you know...mileage, dents and dings, general condition to do an evaluation). All they wanted to know was what I owed on it, so they spent a hour trying to get the lease information and had immense difficulty doing that. I asked why they needed to know what I owe on it because I knew I had three payments left--that's what I owe. This was obviously so they could roll the remaining payments into a new car. After being delayed forever, I left and they were supposed to call me (never did).
I called the salesperson, who was out at the time and left a message for him to call me. I answer the phone..."Hello?" Thomas ..Chrysler. ??? Who? I asked Thomas Littleton, you called about a car? Why the guy couldn't say, Hello, this is Thomas Littleton from Centennial Chrysler/Jeep, I'm returning your call from yesterday about a car." I guess I'm not worth the extra breath. So, here it is 2 months later and I say, what happened to my quote? He has no clue what I'm talking about. I explain who I am to try to refresh his memory and he asks, "Are you ready to buy?" NO! I said, I want my trade-in evaluation so that I can make a determination whether I want to lease again, buy it out or get a different vehicle altogether.
I told him I wasn't playing his games, and he said this isn't a game...it's a business.
Needless to say, I hung up on him and will never deal with the dealership. To sum it up...Incompetent, Rude, Disrespectful and Inconsiderate of my time.
Don't waste your time at this dealership.
