I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. The office staff has an incompetent person handling the phones. She clearly has no idea what she is doing. In the health care industry, I would expect and have seen experienced and compassionate office support, but not here. She also clearly does not leave messages for the doctors. Even the pharmacy said they believe she actually lied on more than one occasion. Consider a different provider because dealing with the office staff will be a complete nightmare.
