Comcast Xfinity Internet worked great until June 2019 and now I have multiple comcast outages per day.
Every time I called for two weeks when the comcast "outage" happened the automatic voice robot said I needed to reset my modem.
Finally, after two weeks of this BS with a modem that worked for years, I went to a comcast store and they gave me a new modem.
Nothing has changed. Internet dropped yesterday and today. I called them and asked for a one month refund or they were going to have a payment outage from me.
I got a $ 69.99 credit on next month's bill. Whatever they did in June 2019 messed up the very reliable internet connection I've had since 2012.
Comcast fix the problem and stop telling me a technician is in my area working on the problem.
Stop working on it and fix it.
