Owned my 92 Grand Marquis for around 10 years now. Bought it with 52,000 miles, now has around 130,000 miles. Still in good shape.. But. It started to run hot and had to add water for the first time since owning it.. Add some water and ugly rusty water spewed like a quirt gun under the hood near and around the fire wall. My son and I looked at it and it seemed to be coming from what looked like a Water control valve.. Wayne at TSC installed a Battery Hold down and also installed a Seat Belt Bolt on my Moms 65 T Bird. And.. Since Wayne TSC Ford are Ford guys.. I gave them a call first thing Monday morning.. Spoke to Wayne.. Wayne said.. Bring her on in.. So.. My Followed me there.. Wayne took a look and said look at the rust and sludge.. Terrible Maintenance !! Wayne Said the intake manifold is leaking because of this poor maintance.. Will cost $1,600 to pull and repair.. Most likely will need a new Radiator and more since there is so much sludge !! I looked at Wayne and then my wife and said.. This car is only worth $2,000 bucks !! Wayne then said.. Donate it to Goodwill !! They take them.. Anyway.. Drove the car back home, about 15 drive.. The leak still there drip drip and some peeing up under the hood.. I could not figure out how this could happen? The intake on the 92 MArquis is all aluminum. I have heard of the plastic ones leaking. But never the metal one.. But.. Being that I just replaced my intake manifold on my 68 Fairlane just a few weeks ago. Well. That one is all metal too.. But this car has fuel injection.. Anyway.. I Youtube how to to the intake manifold for the 4.6. Looks pretty simple actually but is labor intensive.. Should take me half the day to do it.. But. Not looking forward to doing it. But.. If it saves me 1600 bucks !! Right ? Worth half the day.. This car still runs fantastic !! So.. Got my son and ramped the car up. Pulled the lower Radiator hose off and drained the rusty water out and looking closer at the rear of the intake manifold I notice a lot of rust on the rubber hose that comes from the fire wall heater core to the top of the manifold.. I pull on it and bend it at the manifold and can clearly see a leak and hole right at the clamp.. Can this be the leak? My son looks at it. Clearly this is a leak. .But is it the only leak? We pull the hose and find 3 pin holes in it near the clamp. We flush the radiator 8 times until the water starts to look better.. Replace the hose at a cost of 16 bucks !!! Then added Anti Freeze and tested.. No more leaks !! This was the problem !!! Got it fix for 16 bucks !! Took the part to show Wayne at TSC on Wednesday and that it was this hose for 16 bucks and not the intake for 1600 bucks !! Wayne said.. Well.. I never did get to test drive it nor did I ever put a pressure gauge on it !! My son was with me to witness this.. Wayne fussed again about all the poor water in the radiator.. I said.. Just wanted to show you Wayne was the problem was.. When Wayne first looked at my car and stated with such Authority that it needed $1,600 bucks worth of repairs.. Most would have bought it.. I did ... I know my wife did too.. Needless to say.. Wayne turned out to be a terrible terrible disappointment. I could never ever have any trust or confidence in him ever again.. Not Ever !!

I replaced my clutch on 2003 Ford Mustang. The clutch had to be replaced at the end of the warranty mileage limit & time limit was already expired. TSC replaced it anyway in spite of the warranty being 8 miles over the limit. Thanks

It turned out that the Edge blanked out all of my computers therefore I needed someone that could reload the codes, not just replace all kinds of parts like the dealers would at a cost of thousands to me. After I got to Wayne’s shop they started working on it right then, I knew I had come to the right place just after 2 min of listening to them. They are subject matter experts when it comes to Ford diesels. They are NOT out to rip you off or take advantage of you. They went above and beyond it took almost two hours to get my truck back up and running. This resulted in saving me thousands. No way would a dealer do that for anyone. I talked to Wayne even over the phone he put me at ease answering my questions about what it might be, I really liked the way he shoots it straight to you not BS-ing at all. I walked in there with a broken truck and walked out with a master’s degree on Ford trucks. I will make every effort to have any work needed on my f250 at this shop.

The folks at TSC really know their stuff and can explain it so I can understand it. I wouldn't take my vehicles any place else. They are better than a Ford dealership but not as expensive!
