"J" of DVRCableBoxes.com is a scam artist. His real name is Jeff Davis and is being investigated by the Colorado Attorney General's Office. I got scammed, sent back equipment that did not work, was promised refund and never received it. I filed a check fraud claim with my bank and my bank got my money back. Do the same and you might be able to get your money back too. Good luck.

BEWARE! JAY is a scam artist. He sends junk boxes then keeps your money. STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought a DVR from this company. Done everything I was told to to get my refund, even let :Jay" know I was fighting cancer and could not afford to lose this money, but despite my compliance with their return policy plus more, they have refuse to send me my refund, and have failed to respond to BB complaint. I also filed a complaint with a section of the FBI that handles internet scams. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Purchased cable box 4 months ago they sent wrong box and was unable to get it to work. they gave me a RMA number and said they would send refund when they received the merchandise back UPS verified return delivery.

After many phone calls and emails its been over 4 months I still haven't received my refund. Jay tell will tell you anything but its all lies
