I have been very patient with this company from the start. Our neighbors used them after the hail storm we had earlier this year and that was the reason we went with them. The crew that was sent was efficient, clean and respectful of their property and time. Our experience was the exact opposite. We were strung along for weeks with new dates for completion daily. Our contract prices changed even after we had a signed amount saying something wasn't covered by insurance. Then when we finally got a crew out to our house they decided to start mid to late afternoon on a day they weren't even scheduled for. They threw roofing materials, nails all over our yard/plants and didn't put down any tarps. I found the TWO MAN crew sitting in my yard on their cell phones and smoking not really working for about 30 minutes when I arrived home. I get they need breaks, but no need to smoke on my property and leave cigarette butts around. They did very little work once I was home and I had to get the project manager out to get them to wrap up for the evening. They stayed until 8:30pm making sure the house was weatherproofed for the evening. I asked Eco to make sure that crew would not return to my property and needless to say the same crew showed up at 5pm the next day right as I was getting home from work. With all the banging that goes on when replacing a roof starting at 5pm in the evening will not work especially since that crew wasn’t supposed to be there. An Eco manager came out and had the crew leave my property and assured me there would be a new crew out first thing the next morning, their "top" crew. The next morning started out very promising and the crew was there on time and completed the job that same day. Unfortunately they left food in my back yard that my dogs got into, causing a set of different problems, left materials to be collected and left a ladder in my yard that they broke the latch off my fence in order to get. I had to call multiple times for a copy of our permit, which took an additional 2-3 weeks to get even after the work was completed and now a few months later we are selling our house and the buyer's inspector has asked for a few fixes for Eco to do. They seem very minor but Eco have had about a month to get them done and again we have been strung along with dates and new dates to fix these issues. People that work there all seem very nice, but with this becoming a 4 month process, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
