This review is in response to the previous review by B Wolfe. I am the owner, Cindy Brown. Feel free to call me to discuss the prior inaccurate review of the service that my company provided. We have been in business over 21 years and provide great customer service. This customer was unreasonable to work with the first time, but we resolved the issue and have documentation that he was satisfied with the work at that time. We also noted that his forklift had a host of residual problems that he chose to not repair at that time. His recent call was one year after the first service call and I chose to not work with him again. It was clearly not a warranty issue. We promptly take care of any warranty issues and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss our service with you.

I have three forklifts and have hired forklift specialists to do maintenance on them. One of my forklifts had a problem with the starter and they had to come back 3 times to fix the problem with three different technicians. The first two visits the technicians said it was a battery, and then the second tech couldn't figure out the problem. The third tech finally fixed the problem but it was a temporary fix as the starter again went out three months later. I then contacted them to have a tech come back to look at the starter and the owner Cindy Brown called back and said that they would not be interested in looking at the starter unless I was willing to pay for the repair. I asked that the tech that worked on the truck call me and Cindy said she can service whomever she feels like servicing and then hung up the phone. I ended up getting the truck fixed by a regular mechanic for 1/2 the price.
