Provided by YP.comSo let me just start out by saying the two gentlemen who own/run this place can NOT be trusted they are a couple of old school cars salesman/hecklers that surprisingly don't know much about cars. When i first went in to look at cars i thought they were very nice and i actually thought they could be trusted... silly me since these guys stay true to the stereotype of car dealers just being full of B/S. The Car i was interested in was a Green 2005 outback priced at $8999... as soon as we took her for a test drive one of the guys went right down to $8500 right away, without me even negotiating... right away i thought this is nice but could be tooo good to be true and i was right. After taking a day or two, I decided to get the car checked out by a mechanic of my own (thank god i did!) the men assured me that the car was in perfect condition and they reassured me multiple times that their WORD was good. Well after taking it to a mechanic he pointed out there was an oil leak (dip stick didn't even have a trace of oil), the plastic piece around the engine filter was missing, the CV boot was warn down and the Lateral Link Bushing were tearing and need to be replaced ASAP. So i brought the mechanic report back to the guys at JustRight and they started off by saying they've never heard of Lateral bushing tearing on a Subaru in there LIFE... anyone with a Subaru knows this is a VERY common problem with outbacks. Nonetheless the men said they would get it checked out... 2 days later one of the guys gives me a call he starts out by saying there is NO OIL LEAK and the bushings DO NOT have to be replaced, i said that i would prefer he changed the bushing and i was happy there wasn't an oil leak (another common problem with Subaru's) and i went on to even put down a deposit on the car. 3 days later he calls me back saying there is an oil leak and its a blown gasket... as you can imagine i was shocked since both men assured and reassured me that there was not an oil issue! So they continued buy saying they would fix it and then i can come pick it up and its a done deal. 4-5 days later Pete gives me a call telling me the blown gasket cost him $1200 and he needs me to split it with him and to raise the price from $8500 to $9100 you can imagine i was not happy! Before this i remind you he gave me his WORD that the car was in good shape and said if ANYTHING was wrong within 30days he would take care of it, and were not even at Day 1 and he wants to "SPLIT IT." So after telling him that i had NEVER heard of a dealership rasing the price after 1) the price was already settled and 2) we already put down a deposit for the car at $8500,,, i told him we would not go up in price and quit frankly i did not trust him anymore was not interested in the car... i went on to ask for my deposit back which i ended up going in to get. Sooo to make a long story short i would NOT buy from this dealership and if you decided to do so definitely take it to another mechanic to get it looked at!!!!!!!! because these guys miss a lot!! and PS this car is now priced at 10,000 so your basically paying for the repairs but only 1 out of the 4 problems have be repaired.
