there were 9 people at the Customer Service desk today. One clerk doing her best.The second clerk left the station,walked past all the customers to get her lottery tickets from the machine at the front of the store.. I believe this kind of service reflects badly on the overall mangement of this store, The tickets could have waited a few more minutes. Even break time can be a few minutes later if so many customers or needing help. I simply walked out of the store without a purchase. Too many people need jobs, and business need the customers. This really needs to be addressed.

Love this store. They always have what I need and teh staff is super!

This store needs a makeover. Starting witht he walls, floors, and shelving. then they need to make sure they get the same quality produce as the other King Sooper stores.

Try ordering from the internet to save time and energy. You will enjoy!

Decent prices but emplolyees don't seem to care about customers

Like the staff. The store is a bit small and lacks things I need sometimes.

I think this King Soopers was one of the first ones ever built - and it shows! The isles are so narrow that you can't get through if someone else is there. The baggers and checkers are not well kempt. Also the produce is rarely fresh. I've heard they may be rennovating it in 2008 - something to look forward to!
