Provided by YP.comOn 6/19/2014, I took my ring in to get resized after spending over an hour with Shaun (the owner) and ...... (the master jeweler) to discuss what were the best options for my ring (valued at 28K). Due to how expensive the ring was, I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. They gave me a business card and wrote the quote on it. $150 to hinge and $240 for an inlay. I asked about putting the diamonds in a new setting and they said that would cost $1500. Their final recommendation was the $150 hinge would be better than the inlay unless I wanted to spend the money for the new setting specifically reiterated by Shaun. I left to discuss this with my husband. After leaving, I felt this company was wonderful and bragged to my husband how great they were. So on 6/19/2014, we both returned to have the ring resized. Shaun greeted me and I told him we were out of town for the last few weeks and would like to do the recommended hinge resizing. He looked at me as if not to know me and I was from out of space with the $150 quote. He abruptly said a hinge costs $1500 dollars. What??? I showed him the business card and he claimed he never wrote it. Well yes your jeweler did! Do you not stand behind what he writes?? It was so uncomfortable and shocking my husband gave me the signal to leave. Upon our way out, I stated to him this is very bad business. You don’t quote a price after all the time I spent with you, then when I come back tell me its over $1000. more. Now whether they are a reputable company or not I don’t know. However, the way I was treated I should say not. Enjoy your beautiful jewelry and beware of this company.

I needed a ring sized down. Based on the previous two reviews, I decided to take the ring to Master Jewelers yesterday. Not only was I greeted right away, but I was asked if I could wait 5 to 10 minutes for the sizing. The jeweler took a look at the ring and informed me that two of the outer diamonds had small chips, which is normal for a ring over 50 years old. I told the jeweler what size I wanted the ring to be and in less than 10 minutes, the ring was done. I took it home and it fit my fiancee perfectly. The price was very good too. Highly recommended.

I chose this jeweler based on the previous review and all I can say is that we agree wholeheartedly. We took an engagement ring in to have it sized. The big jewelry stores had quoted us at least a week because it's the Christmas season, But true to their ad, Master Jewelers did the job while we waited. They did superb work, were friendly and easy to work with. I will gladly give them my business in the future and will recommend them to others.

This is an awesome jewelry store.Small but very cute and very friendly. I take all my jewelry to be repaired there. feti(owner and jeweler) is phenomenal. I have an antique engagement ring, and it sized it beautifully. He also did some repair work on it to ensure my diamonds stay in place. He is so friendly, and they really make you feel welcome as well as important. They do custom work and carving wax for week to 10 days. I plan on buying all my jewelry from here from now on!###Was this review helpful?
