I would suggest that any one considering giving birth at Moutain Midwifiery Center or at any birth center not to go through with it. I attempted birth at this birth center and had to be transfered to Swedish Medical Center by ambulance because my son was breech. I questioned my midwife a few days before my delivery about some concerns I was having about measuring small and not having a ultrasound late in pregnancy to check the size and position of the baby. She told me it was unnecessary. I went into labor and was met by Tracy at the clinic. I was progressing quickly and not long after arriving I began to feel the urge to push. I was checked and told it was ok to push and after a few pushes my midwife realized that my son's butt was coming first not his head. From that moment until I was assured my son was healthy in the operating room at the hospital, I have never been so scared.
