OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Level3 has been down and NewCloud has kept me up :) Keep up the good work team New Cloud!

Excuses, excuses. They'll sell you service they can't deliver and it's always CenturyLink or you fault for their poor service. Would not recommend.

Worst company for any small business. Take your phone and internet services somewhere else. Anywhere but here. Terrible sales practices, services provided isn't that great and once they have you under contract they do not offer any solution to provide services your business may need and hold you to the contract.
