My friends and I usually go to Scales n' Tails on Wadsworth and 17th and are completely satisfied with that location but wanted to explore other locations so we decided to check out Scails N' Tails South. First of all, the workers were cocky all together. They had no manners whatsoever. Secondly, they had different species in the same cages together such as housing a Crested Gecko with an Anole and about 7 tree frogs. As far as I know, cages should have same reptile species. Thirdly, they had Crested Geckos that had dropped their tails (this species does not grow their tails back) at a very young age. Forthly, I whitnessed a worker antagonizing a snake to the point where it was striking back at him. I couldn't stand seeing him do this. Lastly, the worst thing that happened; my friend was holding a truantula and ended up descreeting on him so once he gave the truantula back, he had asked if he could wash his hands in the restroom and they refused. They gave him a small amount of Hand Sanitizer and said, "you'll be alright." I would not suggest coming here and I will not support this store in any way. It is the worst store I've been to. We did not end up making a purchase here, we will make a purchase at our normal store.
