I was very impressed by the service I received from Servpro of West Littleton. The back of my toilet overflowed, causing water damage to my bathroom and dining room. After filing a claim with my insurance company and calling Servpro, they arrived on the scene within a couple of hours. They were extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. They took the time to explain things to me as this was my first experience with damage to my home. All this occurred over the New Year's holiday and I was impressed by how much time and effort they put into it. They returned quickly to clean the carpet and went above and beyond by including the steps. They even returned twice to get the carpet moved since the tile was installed farther back than it had been originally. I would highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs. I will be using them in the future.

The Servpro West Littleton team did an incredible job cleaning the sewage back up in our basement. They came to the rescue immediately after receiving our call and took care of our sewage problem quickly and efficiently. The team members were professional, courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional job they did in restoring our basement back to its original condition. The clean up was great but the peace of mind in knowing that my basement was safe for my family was even greater. I highly recommend them for any clean up and restoration work to your home. The Servpro guys did a super job cleaning up our sewage backup in the basement. The sewage problem happened twice in one month! The second time around we were out of town so we had a lockbox put on the front door for the cleanup crew. We had complete confidence that the job would be done to our satisfaction even though we were not around. Thanks, guys.

During a recent flood situation caused by our septic system I called Servpro. In a very short and i mean short time they landed like a special forces team and in an incredibly professional and rapid way took over the house. Equiped with absolutely everything necessary they mitigated the disaster in short order. Then the real magic happened. the entire damage was gone, requiring skills and talents it would take me weeks to explain. The mental relief was great. So many people and companies do not live up to their motto's these days, however these people do. It was truely like it never happened.

I recently came to your company after my sewer backed up and flooded my basement late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Sean and his crew stayed until 2:00am cleaning up the hazardous waste and to ensure that my family and I could remain at home, as we were short on funds and could not afford a hotel. I went through three plumbers before the problem was finally fixed; while Sean and his crew were very understanding and cleaned up after each plumber made more of a mess, all without complaint. Sean was very kind to and answered any question I had during my multiple follow up calls in the two weeks that followed, and his crew was very accomidating in the follow up care they provided each day until the entire procesws was complete. My experience was one of the most satisfying I have enjoyed with any business.



In an age were so many companies don't seem to care about customer service any more, Sean and his crew with Servpro have done everything you claim you do an more; they did so with a smile, a large amount of patience in dealing with me and my pets, and much appreciated sensitivity to the situation my family was facing. I am an extremely satisfied customer, and will recommend you to anyone in a simmiliar situation. Thank you again.
