Terri Jackson has been painting for about 35 years. She developed her skills through experimentation and hard work. Terri values her lack of any formal fine art education, choosing instead to "my own road". She has worked mostly on private commissions. Although Terri enjoys drawing and sculpture, particularly stone and alabaster, today she works primarily in oils on canvas or linen. Her paintings have been on exhibition at the London/East Galleries in Philadelphia; Eland Gallery in Eland, Pennsylvania; and Grove Street Gallery in New York City. She has many works, including landscapes, still lifes, and portraits in private collections. "The feelings that are contained in and revealed by the eyes, face, and form are most beautiful to me.
